Khao Lak is fast becoming one of Thailand's favourite places to visit. In the Phang Nga Province and about an hour and half from Thailand's Number 1 tourism location, Phuket, Khao Lak has some great activities to keep you entertained when you are in the area.
We take a look at few of the favourite activities in Khao Lak. We walk around the stunning Khao Lak Lamru National Park Headland and drop into Small Sandy Beach or Haad Lek. We spend a few hours on the Lamru Yai River Bamboo Rafting having a great time, something we can really recommend when you travel to Khao Lak. With the Andaman Sea coastline on your door step you always want to spend some checking out the amazing Thailand Beaches.
We head to our favourite at Memories Beach and then up to the very popular Coconut Beach Khao Lak and have a good look around then finish out time the wonderful Bangsak Beach in the north of the area.
